Supporting PDA pupils in education

We work in schools as specialist teachers, supporting staff and PDA/demand avoidant pupils to build individual educational programmes, support outcomes and improve the lives of children.

We will write a ‘Strive to thrive’ plan for each pupil and provide resources whenever we are able to.

If you’d like to work with us...

  1. Contact us with your requirements.
  2. Read our service agreement terms and conditions.
  3. We will speak to you and arrange a package that suits your school and pupils.  This can cover one-off visits to a whole school year of support.
  4. We will send you the link to fill in the service agreement online.
  5. Our specialist teacher will visit you and start the important work of supporting your pupils.

Our services include:

We have a range of school based and online support options for supporting PDA children in schools.  We visit schools in the Leicestershire and can provide online coaching for schools further afield.

  • Primary –  supporting PDA pupils through the Early Years, KS1 and KS2, through coming alongside class staff and equipping them with the strategies and resources they need for that child.
  • Secondary – from transition to high school through accessing the curriculum, puberty, anxiety, mental well-being and exams, we can support your PDA pupils 1:1 or in small groups with many excellent resources we have in our ‘tool box’.
  • Further Education – specific support for PDA pupils continuing with their education.
  • Special Schools – training in specific PDA approaches and support to implement these in the classroom.
